Amanda & Colby's Wedding

What a magical day! Today we captured Amanda and Colby's wedding at Cole's Garden in OKC. Amanda and Colby's love for each other and commitment to serving God in their relationship was evident in nearly every detail. Congratulations on planning such a meaningful day!

As always, my associate photographer Christian Sangree was there to assist and capture some great images. Among many other great shots he took the cake picture below. One of the many unique things about our wedding photography services is that I shoot every wedding that we book personally and Christian assists at all of them. There are no surprises as to who is going to show up on your special day and it is a great benefit to have two professional photographers.

A few of my favorite pictures from the wedding are below and you can see all of the pictures by clicking here.

Jessica's Birthday Session

Jessica had senior portraits taken with us late last year. Her parents gave her a birthday gift certificate for another session this year, so she wanted to try more of an enchanted, storybook style. We worked together to create a fun and unique session that utilized some of Oklahoma's natural beauty! Once again Jessica amazed me with how she was able to relax and express her personality in front of the camera. Here are a few of my favorites from the session.

Gina & Waylon's Wedding

This weekend was another hot one! Despite the heat Gina and Waylon had a beautiful wedding. They were married at St. Monica's in Edmond and then had their reception at the Waterford Marriot. It was definately a first-class event and everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves. It amazes me....we were with the couple about 9 hours on Saturday, but as always the time passes so quickly and it seemed only like a few hours. You know what they say, time flies when you are having fun!

Gina and Waylon chose to see each other before the wedding. This is a sweet moment that we caught when they first saw each other.

An emotional moment while Gina danced with her father.

I can't help but smile when the DJ cranks up YMCA or the Chicken Dance!

It's been a while since I have seen such aggressive positioning for the bouquet toss! =)

Cassie & Robert's Engagement Session

One of the most exciting things about being a photographer is meeting all of the great people and getting the opportunity to be creative in a lot of different situations.

Cassie and Robert were a ton of fun and left us plenty of lead way for creativity! We took their engagement images at the home in Gaillardia where they will be getting married later this year. Just when I thought things couldn't get any better during the session, Cassie asked....."what if we jump in the pool for a few pictures?" YES! She asked the magic question that I was afraid to ask. =)

A few of my favorites are below and the whole gallery of images can be seen here.

Of course you can't jump in a swimming pool on an engagement session without drying off by the warm fire afterwards...even if it is 105 degrees outside! =)

Amanda & Colby's Engagement Session

Amanda and Colby will be getting married in just a few weeks. We did their engagement session a couple of months ago, before we started posting engagement session on the blog. So by popular demand.......here is Amanda and Colby!!

Cari & Dustin's Engagement Pictures

What a fun couple! A few days back I spent the afternoon roaming around downtown OKC with Cari and Dustin. They will be getting married in October. We battled the heat and took a fun series of engagement images. They graciously agreed to be one of the first couples to try our new hard bound image guest book. Stay tuned for more information on this great new product!

Brittany & Chris Engagment Pics

Happy 4th of July weekend! We have been extremely blessed to have a record number of photo sessions in June. One session we did about a week ago was Chris and Brittany's engagement session. They are both pilots and graduates from OSU, so what better setting for an engagement photo session than around OSU airplanes in Stillwater?!? In fact, legend has it that Chris even proposed to Brittany thousands of feet above the earth.....how romantic is that??

Due to being previously booked for a wedding we are not able to do their wedding but it was sure great to work with them on the engagement pictures and we were happy to have the opportunity to create some great images. A few of my favorites are below and a whole gallery of images can be seen here.
